Our Story
Berry & Hazzard Consulting was founded by Quavious Hazzard and Bernard Berry, two professionals who combined their strengths and shared vision to create a consulting firm rooted in trust, expertise, and results.
Quavious built his career in enterprise technology through roles at Porsche Cars North America, SAP Inc., and Deloitte LLP, where he contributed to RISE with SAP migrations, S/4HANA conversions, and large-scale ERP transformations for Fortune 500 companies and public-sector organizations. Bernard complements that experience with a proven financial and operational background, serving as CFO of Berry Technology Solutions and working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on projects in compliance, risk management, and process improvement.
Together, they recognized a gap in the consulting market: too many firms force clients to choose between the big-firm expertise needed to tackle complex challenges and the small-firm agility required for personalized service. Berry & Hazzard Consulting was created to bridge that gap.

Meet the Founders
Bernard G. Berry is the Chief Financial Officer of Berry & Hazzard Consulting, responsible for financial strategy, risk management, and long-term planning. A graduate of Purdue University, Bernard brings deep expertise in business analysis, compliance, and operational strategy. He previously served as CFO of Berry Technology Solutions, where he successfully managed financial operations, secured government and private-sector contracts, and built scalable systems to drive growth. His experience also includes impactful work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where he contributed to compliance and process improvement. Bernard is dedicated to ensuring financial stability while positioning Berry & Hazzard Consulting for sustainable success.

Quavious Hazzard, CEO of Berry & Hazzard Consulting, leads the firm’s strategy and delivery across ERP, cybersecurity, AI, and staffing. He began his career at Porsche Cars North America in IT administration, later advancing to SAP Inc. and Deloitte LLP, where he played key roles in RISE with SAP migrations, S/4HANA conversions, and enterprise transformations for Fortune 500 and public-sector clients. With a strong foundation in SAP Basis, system security, and cloud integration, Quavious blends technical depth with business insight to drive sustainable results. He also serves on the University of West Georgia Alumni Board and remains active in leadership and mentorship initiatives across Atlanta.
